DEPOSITS / CANCELATIONS
A 20% Non-Refundable Deposit will apply to all reservations.
Deposits for cancelled reservations rescheduled within the calendar year will be applied to the new reservation.
Pre-paid cancelled reservations will be refunded MINUS the 20% deposit.
Payments of Additional Fees and/or Charges will be handled in the same manner as the Original Reservation!
PLEASE NOTE: RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT!

IDENTIFICATION / CREDIT CARD
A Government issued Picture ID and matching credit card are required for contract verification prior to departure!

DAMAGES / SMOKING / CLEANING
Client(s) are liable for Damages incurred by themselves and/or their Guest(s) including loss of business resulting from repair "down time".
Smoking is Prohibited in our vehicles!
A $10 fee will be assessed for each broken or missing glass or flute and a $40 fee for each broken or missing Decanter!
A $400 fee will be assessed for each Tear, Cut or Burn!
Bodily Fluids Cleanup or excessive cleaning required inside or outside of the vehicle will incur a minimum $275 charge per incident and, depending upon severity, ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY!

ALCOHOL
Oregon State Law prevents Sunset Limousine & TownCar from providing any alcoholic beverages. However, persons over the age of 21 are more than welcome to provide and consume their own alcohol inside of the vehicle!

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for the possession, consumption or use of illegal substances!
Authorities will be notified and the Reservation will terminate immediately!
MINORS caught with Alcohol and/or Illegal Substances forfeit their reservation immediately and legal guardian(s) and/or the authorities will be Notified of their Pick up location!

WEAPONS / FIGHTING
Fighting or Possession and/or use of weapons is prohibited!
Authorities will be notified and the Reservation will terminate immediately!

PERSONAL ITEMS
Sunset Limousine & TownCar is not responsible for articles left, lost, damaged or stolen in or from the vehicle!
It is the responsibility of the client(s) and their guest(s) to check the vehicle at the end of the reservation!

DELAYS / OVERAGE
Sunset Limousine & TownCar is not liable for delays or time lost due to traffic, accident(s), construction or disruptions beyond our control!
Providing the vehicle is available, extensions beyond your scheduled time will bill in 1/2 hour increments payable in advance!
For the safety and security of our customers and drivers each vehicle is equipped with camera(s) that may be recording at any time!

Violation of any of these TERMS and CONDITIONS may, at the drivers' discretion, result in termination of the reservation as well as notification of the authorities and/or legal guardian!
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR TERMINATED RESERVATIONS!
